Mr Electric came out and installed a Nest doorbell for us. The doorbell box upstairs had a loud buzzing noise which we figured had to do with the amps. The technician had us up and running in no time. Also offered some information and education on some future work we want to be done. All in all, he was clean, fast and friendly. I recommend him for any electrical work needed.
The technician they sent was an extremely knowledgeable and professional electrician. He was very responsive and prompt with our electrical remodel. The new lighting in the house is so much better than it was before. The electrician also pointed out some other electrical items that needed to be addressed to meet current code regulations. He finished all our remodel work in 2 days and then came back out to address our questions and issues. There are no words that express how satisfied we are with his work other than to say we highly recommend Mr. Electric. One of the most professional contractors I have ever worked with.
Completely positive experience with Mr Electric. We have an older home with several things that needed to be fixed/brought to code, and he worked with us to get the best solution with several price points we could choose from. They also solved problems instead of covering them up (!). They are knowledgeable, competent, friendly, and fair. Appreciate their help and will use them again!
This company was AWESOME, they called me the same day and did what he said he would do and not only did a GREAT job but also in a very quick timely manner, and even came out over the weekend!!!!! Very reasonable prices also!!!
I haven't been in NWA very long, so finding new services like an electrician when I need them is always a painstaking, daunting task, and you're never sure what you're going to get. They immediately put my mind at ease. I couldn't have asked for a better experience or more professional, quality service. The workmanship was top-notch, and the customer service was the best. Nice guys and very accommodating in setting up an estimate. Since its for a property I am looking at buying they charge over $200 for the estimate but i believe it is lower if you have them do the work.
Mr. Electric’s work is impeccable! He added under-cabinet lighting in my kitchen, some outlets, an exterior motion light, additional can lighting, with some changes to existing lighting. All the additions to my home were well thought out and planned out to the final detail. The results exceeded my expectations! I will recommend Mr. Electric and their crew to any and all who have electrical needs.
Absolutely fantastic experience with Christian and Mason! They installed four light switches in our house with incredible efficiency and professionalism. From the moment they arrived, they were friendly, respectful, and clearly very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what they were doing and made sure everything was installed perfectly. Worked with Omar and Dagoberto. Was super impressed with their attention to detail, cleanliness, excellent work, friendliness, and more. Some may say Mister Rogers costs a bit more than other electricians. However, no other company seemed to match the speed of response, the efficiency of communication (both in making the appointment and on the day of scheduled work), and more. I know who I will call the next time I have more work to be done.
Josh was my tech. He came out right away on a Friday evening, gave me a bid right away, and came back out the following Monday to complete the work so my power could be turned back on. Josh was very pleasant and professional. He worked out in the pouring rain to get the job done and never once complained. Great service.
Having formally been in customer service, I can "read" a fraud in a second. BUT, Manny provided the type of customer service that is prized, but rarely experienced anymore! As a renter, I wanted to understand my breakers and outlets in order to choose the proper outlet for my space heater. Not all outlets/breakers are created equal. Schooled. I can not reccommend these highly certified and experienced experts enough. Refreshing.
I was behind one of Mr. Electrics work vans on 1/29/2024. The driver while getting on the i-49 on ramp safety stopped to move a large ladder out of the roadway that was about to cause an accident. As a company, I feel like they have hired good people who care and clearly pay attention while driving displayed by this young man's actions. We always hear the complaints, but this time I wanted to recognize the good. If this is an indication of how the company as a whole operates I'd say you should definitely give them a chance. This is an incredible service. I will definitely be using this service again! I have struggled with various contractors in the past delivering on expectations. This is not the case with Mr. Electric. The communication from the technician was the best I have ever experienced. I was kept informed from the moment I scheduled the appointment of the whole process. He was polite, considerate, and very knowledgeable. He provided options and gave me the information I needed to make decisions. He was quick and efficient, cleaned up and even wore booties over his shoes. If you need an electrician, this is the one!

Mr. Electric was very professional from the get-go. They got detailed information about our situation and contact information. They actually had an availability before our scheduled appointment, and they called to ask if they could work us in today. Don Doyle was our technician, and he was very polite and professional. He explained everything he was testing, what the results were, and what needed to be done and why. He also went above and beyond by pointing out we might have had our chest-high freezers off during the power outage, even though they were unrelated to why we called, and suggested we check their contents. Pricing was upfront and payment was easy by credit card. We will definitely use them again.
Christian, Mason, and Josh did an amazing job for our family! They came to our rescue for a meter replacement when an accident destroyed it. That quickly turned into more work for them on a new outdoor outlet, we’ve need for years! Great group of guys, I’d recommend them to anyone. They also were kind to my kids who wanted to watch them work!

Christian and Mason were the technicians that were sent out to install some recessed lighting in our new home. They were friendly and easy to communicate with. When we were unsure where we wanted certain fixtures placed, they were able to use their experience to guide us in the right direction. As a result, the lights turned out great. They did some additional work for us, and with it being an older home some obstacles came up. They worked through the obstacles and delivered what was promised. I was happy with my experience, and I would recommend this crew and company.
Christian and Don installed a Tesla home charger for me. They provided a quote quickly and then got to work immediately after I approved it. They were friendly, professional, had good communication, and were knowledgeable about what needed to be done. Our technician from Mr. Electric was great! Not only was he very quick with his response to our breaker issues, but he was so nice and easy to work with. We will not be using any other electricians from now on.
