If you notice buzzing or humming sounds from your electrical panel, or if circuit breakers are frequently tripping, then it’s time to call Mr. Electric to have a certified electrician investigate. We are proud to serve all homes and businesses in Springdale, AR.
Most homeowners know how to flip a circuit breaker back on, but understanding how the electrical panel works is a bit more foreign.
Essentially, the electrical panel receives power from the utility company through a main power line and then distributes it to various circuits throughout the property. Each circuit has a corresponding circuit breaker which is designed to protect the circuit by cutting off the electrical flow if an overload or short circuit occurs.
In short, your electrical panel installation in Springdale ensures that electricity is safely and efficiently distributed to all electrical outlets, lights, and appliances, maintaining the overall safety and functionality of the electrical system.
In today’s world, where electricity powers nearly every aspect of our lives, reliable access to power is practically non-negotiable. Whether affecting homes or businesses, power outages…
Electrical panels are incredibly reliable, but they can malfunction, become outdated, or succumb to accidental or incidental damage. Regular maintenance, timely repairs, and upgrades are essential if you want to ensure the panel continues to function safely and efficiently. Here are some signs that indicate it might be time to call an electrician:
An electrical panel repair is quick and affordable when you choose Mr. Electric, and we offer price estimates upfront. Call Mr. Electric if your electrical panel is making you nervous. Our team is on standby to take your call at any time of the day – or night!
The term electrical panel can apply to a circuit breaker installation or a fuse box. Both serve the same purpose, but fuse boxes use fuses rather than switches. A fuse contains a metal filament that melts when it gets too hot, breaking the circuit and stopping the flow of electricity when an overload or short circuit occurs.
The issue with fuses boxes, and why a fuse box upgrade is always advisable, is two-fold:
If your electrical panel uses fuses, then call Mr. Electric to schedule an upgrade. An electrical panel replacement is affordable when you choose Mr. Electric.

Mr Electric came out and installed a Nest doorbell for us. The doorbell box upstairs had a loud buzzing noise which we figured had to do with the amps. The technician had us up and running in no time. Also offered some information and education on some future work we want to be done. All in all, he was clean, fast and friendly. I recommend him for any electrical work needed.
The technician they sent was an extremely knowledgeable and professional electrician. He was very responsive and prompt with our electrical remodel. The new lighting in the house is so much better than it was before. The electrician also pointed out some other electrical items that needed to be addressed to meet current code regulations. He finished all our remodel work in 2 days and then came back out to address our questions and issues. There are no words that express how satisfied we are with his work other than to say we highly recommend Mr. Electric. One of the most professional contractors I have ever worked with.
